Fueled with a passion to help children with learning deficits, Dr. Jan Bedell started her journey as neurodevelopmental expert in 1995. As an educator and a mother to a child with neurological deficit, Dr. Jan is a fierce advocate of specialized learning. She gained the much-coveted status of Master Neurodevelopment list in 2004 from the International Association of Neurodevelopmental Education. She completed her doctorate in Special Education from Texas Tech University in 2008 and Doctorate Degree in Education in 2014. Her years of experience as an educator and mastery of the neurodevelopmental approach inspired Dr. Jan to establish Brain Sprints as a premier learning center specializing in cognitive skills training for children with learning challenges.
Through the years, Dr. Jan has developed numerous learning techniques that enhance a child’s capacity to learn. By improving a child’s cognitive function through the use of various mental tasks, children with neurological deficiencies are able to strengthen important skills that inspire optimal mental performance.
