Many times stress comes from an inefficient pathways in the brain that cause learning struggles and even labels like dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADD/ADHD and autism.  Having a stressed student makes for a long day!  Dr. Jan discusses some of the factors that can cause stress in your homeschool life and gives some practical solutions.  Once again, she asks you to think differently.  The solution is never contained in the problem so if the problem is where you are focused, the answer is hidden from you
